Regulated by the PA Department of Environmental Protection, the Devault reclamation fill site is permitted to accept and properly handle uncontaminated solid material.

Projects with more than 3,000 cubic yards of material from a single source must be tested per PA DEP Reclamation Fill Technical Guidance Document 563-2000-301, and pre-approved by the facility and the PA DEP. Projects less than 3,000 cubic yards must be certified per the material generator for review and approval by the site prior to acceptance. Please understand that we reserve the right to reject any material that is not found to be as represented in your application and analytical information.
